Pro Comp Tires Extends Racing Support Program Roster

Pro CompPro Comp’s Tire Racing Program that debuted last December continues to gain traction with the addition of Team Chaos Racing and B n B Racing to its expanding roster. The program, helmed by Kevin Adler, now supplies competitors in many of the most popular off-road racing divisions including Ultra4 Legends, Modified, Stock and various desert racing classes.

Team Chaos, the husband and wife team of Brian and Laurie Gray, recently signed on as part of the program. The team notched a successful racing campaign last year while contending in the World Extreme Rock Crawling Championship Series (W.E.ROCK). 2015 highlights included a 2nd place overall finish in the W.E.ROCK Dirt Riot Southeast Series UTV Class in addition to multiple podiums in UTV and Mod classes including a 3rd place finish in the W.E.ROCK East Coast Series Sportsman Class at Rausch Creek, Pennsylvania.

Laurie Gray is one of the few female drivers running the very competitive W.E.ROCK series, placing her among a notable roster of women who have raced in the series that includes Bailey Campbell, Shelby Gilstrap and Nicole Johnson. The couple Brian and Laurie stands alone as the only husband and wife spotter/driver team currently competing in the series.

“Pro Comp Tires is very excited to have Team Chaos running their 40/1350r17 Xtreme MT2 Super Sticky tires,” said Adler. “They are the lone extreme rock crawling team running this new compound and after multiple podium finishes together, Team Chaos looks to be a force to be reckoned with in the 2016 season.”

Pro CompThe B n B Racing Team recently joined the Pro Comp Tires Racing Program family. The team of driver Brian Berhand and co-driver Joey Etter, B n B has been racing their Jeep Cherokee #4648 in the Ultra4 Smittybilt Every Man Challenge in Pro Comp’s Stock class competitively for the past three seasons.

Having earned multiple podiums, their biggest achievement to date was winning the 2016 Smittybilt Every Man Challenge race in Pro Comp’s Stock class. The self-funded group captured Pro Comp’s attention with their work ethic and dedication to racing, prompting Pro Comp Tires to approach them for the program.

“This program isn’t just about competition. Our participation in off-road motorsports an important component of the continued research and development of the same off the shelf tires that our customers install on the vehicles they drive every day,” said Adler. “B n B Racing has a proven track record of success on Pro Comp tires and they will be putting the 35-inch Pro Comp Xtreme MT2 tires to the test as they pursue the podium in 2016.”

B n B and Team Chaos Racing join a roster of Ultra4 drivers in the Pro Comp Tire Racing Program that includes Mike Amaral, Brandon Heyes, Ben Swain and Jade Wickham. In the desert, Aaron Cecelio drives the Racing 905 Toyota in Class 7 of the Score International World Championship Racing Series while the Flatiron Racing team competes in Class 8. Representing the Pro Comp Tire Racing Program in the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series is 4 Wheel Parts President and CEO Greg Adler.
